Starting from the institutional background of the interest excitation mechanism reform of the operators of the state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes and expounds the variation of our country's policies and measures in aspect of the interest excitation in resent years, and connecting with the development of the current situation, discusses on the necessity of establishing and perfecting the excitation mechanism of state-owned enterprise's operators.
