摘要
分析了人才流失的主、客观原因,从完善激励制度、注重员工的工作环境氛围等方面对企业如何留住人才提出相应的措施。
This paper analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of the brain drain; and from the aspects of completing the motivation system, and paying attention to the working environment of employees, etc., this paper advances some corresponding countermeasures on how to keep the talents.
