分析了成本预测和成本控制的关系,介绍了成本预测的具体内容,从采取组织措施和经济措施、加强质量成本管理和工期成本管理等方面,论述了控制工程成本的具体措施。
This paper analyzes the relationship between cost estimation and cost control, introduces the concrete contents of cost estimation, and discusses on the concrete countermeasures for controlling the engineering cost through adopting the organizational measures and economic measures, strengthening the quality cost management and construction term cost management.
