摘要
现代企业诞生至今可以用五个历史阶段来概括,企业管理理论则是适应这五个阶段而发展变化的。从现代企业制度确立和普及,到大企业体制、多角化、跨国化、事业重构运动、企业重塑思潮的每一个阶段都有与之相应的理论。目前国外企业管理学所关注的最新课题、基本上是以企业重塑思潮为主线的。其中矛盾管理理论、企业范式转换理论和企业成长理论对研究我国企业具有重大参考价值,而反向思维式研究中的忘却理论、失败研究、边围创新、过度行为和偶然性等研究,也将以其独特的立场和观点给我们以崭新的知性刺激。
To sum up, the enterprises from their birth-date up to now have gone through five stages. Theories of business management corresponding the five stages have changed and developed. At each stage there were and are corresponding theories such as theories of the establishment and populization of modern enterprise System, theory of diversification, theory of multi-national corporation, restructure movemeut, business re-engineering thought, and so on. At present the newest research subject being followed with interest in business management in foreign countries basically is business reengineering thought, which is the main stream. Among these theories the conflict management theory, the theory of the change of corporation paradigm, the theory of the growth of the firm are of great reference value for carrying out a research into the enterprise in china. To do paradox research on business management including recent research on the unlearning theory, the theories of failure, the innovation on the border, overextension and the accidental will give us the completely new and distinctive stimulus of knowledge with the unique position.
