The evaluation of tourist resources is a very important step of tourist development. In this article,some basic problem such as data collection,content of evaluation and program of evaluate are expounded. A set of practicable methodsis produced also. Especially,we emphisize that the tourist resoures evaluation(TRE) is similar to but completely different from the tourist development evaluation (TDE),we must make a clear distinction between them in program of evaluation.
