摘要
回顾了学分制的产生及其在我国的实行情况，阐述了学分制的概念及其含意，探讨、比较了学分制与学年制的各自特点，论述了实行学分制的必要性和重要意义，提出了我院实行学分制的几点建议与设想。
This paper reviewed emergence of credit system and its practise in China,stated its concept and meaning,compared characteristics of credit system and academic year system,discussed necessity and significance of carrying out credit system in Tianjin Iustitute of Physical Education.
