摘要
运用调查、文献研究和系统分析方法，分析了高校办高水平运动队的优势，提出高校办高水平运动队必须坚持运动成绩高水平原则、亦读亦训原则和发挥科技作用的原则。同时，提出了５项对策。
With the methods of literature study,investigation and systematic analysis,the authoress analysed the advantages that universities constitute high level sports teams. She pointed out that to constitute high level sports teams must carry out the principles of good results of performance; both study and training;giving full play to science and technology. She also put forward five countermeasures.
