摘要
应用液体石蜡透明卵壳的方法．观察了叶斑八氏蛛Ｙａｇｉｎｕｍｉａｓｉａ（Ｓｔｒａｎｄ）的胚胎早期、体节期、胚胎逆转期、前幼虫期。
The embryos of Yaginumia sia (Strand ) were immersed in liquid paraffin and observed. The development of the embryo can be divided into six stages: the early embryonic phase. somite phase. reversion phase, pre-larva phase, larva phase and nymph phase. The characters of every stage are reported in this paper.
