摘要
通过纵览德国（前联邦德国）近５０年的体育发展情况，对德国体育管理体系以及德国二战后所颁布的各种体育决议、计划进行了较详尽的介绍，旨在为我国的体育改革与发展提供参考。
Through scaning sports development about 50 years in Germany,this paper introduces german sports management system and various sports resolutions and programmes after the 2nd World War relatively in detail.It aims at supplying reference for our sports reform and development.
