摘要
简述了ＰＯＭＳ量表的编制及其使用，介绍了简式ＰＯＭＳ中国常模的修订及其效度、信度情况。认为其是一种研究情绪状态，以及情绪与运动效能的良好工具。
This paper briefly states the design and application of POMS scale and introduces its revision、effectiveness and reliability.It is held that it is a effective tool to research mood state、mood and sport effect.
