摘要 敦煌《灸经图》残图及古穴的研究张侬敦煌《灸经图》是一部普及灸法治疗、绘有腧穴图谱的针灸古籍,是我国现存较早的灸法专著,也是存世最古的明堂图。这部珍贵的墨线明堂孔穴人形图现存于英国伦敦博物院图书馆,以斯但因(Stein)氏之名编号为S.6168、5.6... he fragment of the ancient acupuncture atlas discovered in Dunhuang has beencalled″Jiu Jing Tu″(ClassicaI Illustrative Plates of Acupucture). The atlas kept in two incomplete works of Dunhuang fnanrscripts(S. 6168,S. 6262)includes eighteen pictures. These pictures had been painted forming naked figuresof front and back body. In all of the pictures, acupoints that could be having moxibus-tion had been marked, but no channal courses are painted in these pictures. They havebeen considerde to be the most ancient illustrated plates of acupuncture which have beenpreserved today. There are more than thirty acupoints recorded in ″ Jiu Jing Tu″. Among them four-teen names have been confirmed after textual research,including Tianmen,Sheshu,Suikong, Hand-Suikong, Foot-Wuzhou,Qumei,Cigong,Jiacheshuikong ,Hand-Yangmin,Foot-Yangmin,Foot-Taiyang,Banmei,Hand-Xiaozhitou and Foot-Xiaozhitou.According to author’s research,the above acupoints have been marked in two paint-ings of front and back body.Besides,twelve ancient plates of acupuncture have been rehabilitated in which ancient points illustrated with their functions and indications aremarked to provide researchers for reference.Today,many modern intractable diseases such as stroke’facial paralysis, epilepsy,cerebral injury, cerebrovascular disease,diabet,tumous, painful problems, etc.are puz-zling people,research of ″Jiu Jing Tu″ can provide some help for treatment and preven-sion of these diseases.
