摘要
分析了航空运输业联合的主要形式之一———战略联盟的产生背景、发展现状及对航空运输业的主要影响,并提出了中国航空运输业的应对策略。
Since the late of 1970's,the merging and corporation of the airline industry was booming with conducting the policy of the freedom of air transportation.The author analyses the one of the main methods of airlines' consolidation and corporation:strategy alliance and its influence on the airline industry.The author also gives some constructive suggestions and strategies to Chinese aviation transport industries.
