摘要
通过对航空犯罪防控的系统分析,探寻航空犯罪防控工作规律,研究系统构建的技术方法,认识防控系统工程的特征,做好航空犯罪防控工作。
On the basis of analyzing the preemptive aviation crime prevention system,the author tries to find patterns that may help prevent crimes from occurring and the effective ways to control the situation in case of any.Research is also carried out on a technological basis to establish a systematic mechanism and to characterize aviation-oriented crimes,in hopes of reducing aviation-crimes and controlling them.
