A New Model for Quality-Oriented Education of College Students: Integrating Comprehensive Test and Evaluation with the Quality Development Plan

综合 测 评指 对 大学 生学 年 德智 体表 现 的系 统评 价 ,素 质拓 展 计划 指以 开 发人 力资 源 为着 力点 ,以职 业选 择 为取 向 的教学主 渠道 外 的有 助于 提 高学 生综 合 素质 的活 动 项目 。 鉴于 二者 提高 综 合素 质 的目 的相 同,德 智体 各方 面 的内 容 基本 一致 ,自下而上 的操 作 程序 大体 相 同;若能 融 合目 前尚 有 区别 的量 化 评价 与客 观 记录 体系 ,建立 统一 的 职能 负 责部 门,相互 补 充各 自 的侧重点 ;一 种 综合 测评 与 素质 拓展 计 划相 结合 的 大学 生新 素 质教 育模 式 就能 呼 之欲 出 ,并 在实 践 完善 中 显示 其创 新 意义 的 优越性。

The paper deals with a new model for quality-oriented education of college students, i.e. integrating comprehensive test and evaluation with the quality development plan. First of all, in this paper the author explain the meaning of comprehensive test and evaluation and the quality development plan respectively. Then, he analyses the possibility and necessity of integrating the former with the latter. Finally, he put foward a proposal concerning the establishment of the new model of quality-oriented education featuring the integration of both of them.
