SEZ Cultural Concept and SEZ Social ideology

本文以社会意识形态是社会文化的子系统这一理论为立论基础，论述了特区社会文化观念变革的种种表现及其对特区社会意识形态的影响，阐明了特区社会意识形态喜忧交错的现状，并将该现状同特区社会主义精神文明建设的任务联系起来，提出了特区社会主义精神文明建设的思路。

Based on the theory that Social ideology is a subsystem under the social culture, the author expounds the various expressions of the ideological changes of the SEZ social culture and their influence upon the social ideology as a complex mixture of encouragement and ankiety. By analyzing the present state or the SEZ social ideology in terms of the task for fostering the SEZ socialist cultural civilization, this essay put forth a new approach to the fostering or this cultural civilization in the SEZ.
