Surveillance and Analysis of Immune Effect and Immunization Coverage Rate of Hepatitis B Vaccine

目的 了解河南省人群乙肝免疫状况 ,为评价免疫效果提供依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法 ,对2 0 0 1年、2 0 0 3年河南省计划免疫综合监测点的 973人进行了免疫监测 (检测血清HBsAg、HBsAb、HbcAb)。 结果 2 0 0 1年、2 0 0 3年乙肝疫苗接种率为 6 5 .6 5 %和 73.30 % ;HBsAb阳性率分别为 4 3.82 %和 5 6 .0 2 % ;HBsAg携带率分别为 6 .0 9%和 5 .2 4 %。结论 河南省人群乙肝疫苗接种率有所提高 ,HBsAg携带率有所下降 ,但HBsAb阳性率较低。因此 ,在今后工作中的应加大对乡村级卫生人员的培训力度 ,提高基层免疫服务质量。

Objective In order to evaluate the immunization status and immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine in Henan Province. Methods A randomized sampling survey was carried out A total of 973 persons from EPI surveillance spot in Henan was investigated in 2001 and 2003 (checked the serum HBsAg?HBsAb?HbcAb).Results The vaccination rate of Hepatitis B vaccine, the HBsAb positive rate and HBsAg carrier rate were 65.65% and 73.30%, 43.82% and 56.02%, 6.09% and 5.24% respectively in 2001 and 2003. Conclusion The vaccination rate of Hepatitis B vaccine was higher than before and the HBsAg carrier rate was lower than before. However the HBsAb positive rate was low. Therefore, the training of EPI staff in village level should be strengthen.
