摘要
目的 探讨经阴道超声对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法 应用经阴道超声对 6 5例宫外孕患者进行检查 ,均经手术、病理证实。结果 经阴道超声对宫外孕诊断的阳性率为 96 .9% (6 3/ 6 5 ) ,准确率为 92 .3%(6 0 / 6 5 )。结论 阴道超声对诊断宫外孕的敏感性高 ,临床实用价值高。
Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing extrauterine pregnancy Methods To use transvaginal ultrasound to have examination on 65 clinical cases of extrauterine pregnancy and be approved by operations and pathologic diagnosis Results The positive rate of using transvaginal ultrasound to diagnose extrauterine pregnancy is 96.9% (63/65); and the correction rate is 92.3% ( 60/65) Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound has a high sensitivity on diagnosing the extrauterine pregnancy and has a high practical value.
