我国“奥运争光计划”可持续发展的研究

Research on Sustainable Development of Olympic Glorious Program in China

采用问卷调查和专家访谈等方法 ,对我国“奥运争光计划”的可持续发展进行了综合研究。研究表明 :“奥运争光计划”的可持续发展应立足于新型的“举国体制”,在寻求新的“金牌增长点”、实施后备人才工程、科技服务与创新工程、教练员培训工程、运动员教育工程、场地设施与经费投入工程等增强奥运实力的基础上 ,注重开发体育市场 ,建立自身“造血”机制 ;讲究效益与效率 ;协调好奥运战略与全运会战略的关系 ;着眼于资源的保护性开发与可持续利用 ;积极引导社会公民参与“奥运争光计划”。

By using the method of questionnaire investigation and expert interview,this paper makes comprehensive studies on sustainable development of our Olympic Glorious Program.The result shows that the sustainable development of our Olympic Glorious Program should be based on the whole nation system,new point of Olympic gold medal increasing,implementing reserve of talented athletes project,science and technology service,coach training program,athlete education project,sports facilities and fund investment,exploiting sports market,paying attention to the benefit and efficiency,coordinating the relation of Olympic and National Games strategy,harmonizing the sheltered exploitation and sustainable usage for resource,actively leading people to take part in Olympic Glorious Program.
