本文主要论述了抗日战争时期陕甘宁边区在廉政建设方面的措施、经验,以及它对当前搞好党风党纪建设和廉政建设的重要启示。

The paper mainly expounds both the experience and measures adopted to strengthen clean government in the border region of Shanxi,Gansu and Ningxia Provinces during the period of the War of Resistence Against Japan,and some significant enlightenment drawn from them on how to inprove the present Party conduct and discipline and how to strengthen clean goverment.
