摘要 目的 研究颧骨复合体骨折手术入路的选择。方法 参考Knight和North分类法 ,对 92例颧骨复合体骨折患者进行骨折类型和手术入路分组 ,对患者外形、张口度、面瘫、眶下区麻木、视力、眼球内陷、X线和螺旋CT(评估同X线 )等进行综合评估。结果 绝大多数患者术后达到解剖复位 ,取得了良好的效果。结论 根据不同骨折类型 ,选择正确的手术入路是达到解剖复位的必要条件。 Objective To study the selection of surgical incisions of zygomatic fractures . Methods According to Knight and North's classification , 92 patientswith zygomatic fractures were classified . Various incisions were chosed based on different types . Each case was assessed by means of outlook, open bite, facial paralysis , infraorbital paralysis, eyesight, eyeball infragination , X-rayand spiral CT photographs. Results Anatomic reconstruction was attained inmost cases . Conclusion The selection of surgical incisions is the key toanatomic reconstruction of zygomatic fractures.
