摘要
为研究运动过程中牛磺酸的生物学作用,我们观察了它对运动大鼠自由基体系的影响。本结果揭示,牛磺酸可提高运动机体抗自由基损伤的能力,促进运动后恢复。
To Study the biological action of taurine after exercise,we observed the effect of taurine on the free radical system in exercise rats.The results showed that in 24 hours after exercise,the concentration of MDA in plasma and in myocardium for the exercise group increased noticeably compared with the control group,while there was no difference between the exercise+taurine group and the control group.In 72 hours after exercise,no change took place in blood RBC and SOD. Compared with the control group,the activity of GSH-Px in the exercise group,taurine group,and exercise+taurine group,increased significantly and compared with the exercise group,the exercise+ taurine group had a greater increase.For the concentration of MDA in plasma,exercise group increased significantly compared with control group,while there was no difference between the exercise+taurine group and the control group.The results suggest that taurine can improve the body's ability to resist free radical injuries and to enhance the recovery after exercise.
