摘要
亚洲“四小”为改善其经济发展所面临的内外不利因素和迎接21世纪的挑战,积极进行战略性的经济结构调整。结构调整的主要措施是,加速制造业的升级换代,促进对外贸易多元化,向海外转移失去竞争优势的产业,大力发展第三产业,加紧基础设施建设。“四小”的结构调整业已取得成效,并对亚太发展中国家的经济产生重大影响。
In order to improve the internal and external factors unfavourable to their economic development and meet the challenges in the 21st century, the 'Four Little Tigers' in Asia are actively making strategic readjustment of their economic structure. The main measures for the readjustment are to speed up upgrading of manufacturing industry, promote diversification of foreign trade, shift overseas those industries which have lost competitive advantages, develop energetically the tertiary industry and step up in-frastructural construction. The structural readjustment by the 'Four Little Tigers' Have already yielded some benefits and will exert great impacts on other developing economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
