行政监察是一种具有行政法律效能的监督活动,这项活动的内容和发展有其自身的规律。如何建立健全有效的体育行政监察体制、机制,充分发挥体育行政监察职能作用,确保体育行政权力运行的规范和高效,是各级体育行政领导和纪检监察工作人员要在理论上逐步加以明确、在实践中不断予以解决的课题。本文着重从对纪检监察理论的学习和从事纪检监察工作实践中的体会探讨体育行政监察的监督职能作用。

Administrative supervision is a kind of supervisory activity that has legal effect and is governed by its own pattern of operation and development. How to establish a sound efficient system and mechanism of sports administrative supervision and to bring sports administrative supervision function into full play .so as to ensure the sports administrative power is a question that should be solved by sports administuators and supervisors at various levels, both in theory and in practice.This paper discusses the role of administrative supervision function in sports on the basis of studying the theory of discipline inspection and supervision and the experience gained in supervisory practice.
