中国——加拿大国家级体操教练员社会心理构成的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Social Psychological Structure of the National Gymnastic Coaches of China and Canada

本研究是对中国(N=12)和加拿大(N=12)国家级体操教练员社会心理构成异同所进行的跨文化研究。为完成此课题,首先编制出含有360个问题的心理问卷,并按照Brislin法由英文译成中文。本文着重对以下三个部分进行分析比较:1.教练员所关心的问题;2.教练员角色的心理特点;3.教练员的社会心理关系。从分析比较中可看出两组被试在许多问题上存在很有意义的共同点和不同点。

The purpose of this paper was to make a comparative and cross-cultural study of the similarities and differences of social psychological structure between Chinese national gymnastic coaches and Canadian national gymnastic coaches. A comparative analysis of the following 3 aspects was made: 1. chief concerns of the coaches; 2. psychogical characteristics of the coaches ' role; 3. social psychological relationship of coaches. The results showed that there were interesting similarities and differences in many aspects between the Chinese and Canadian national gymnastic coaches.
