女子田径运动员的“第二高峰期”及对我们训练的启示

The Second Peak Performance of Female Athletes and Its Enlightenment for our Training

收集了1948—1992年5月以来,国内外38位著名女子田径运动员结婚后复出创造成绩的资料,对她们的结婚年龄、"第二高峰期"、婚后创造成绩所需年限等进行了粗浅分析。结果表明:女运动员结婚适龄期为24—28岁之间,婚后1—4年内是创造成绩的最佳时期。

The data of 38 famous female athletes who established good results after marriage from 1948 to May,1992 were collected to make a sketchy analysis of their marriage age,the second peak performance and the years needed for them to establish good results.The results show that the marriageable age for female athletes is between 24 — 28 years old and the best period for them to establih good results is one to four years after marriage.
