12—15岁肥胖青少年适应能力和健康状况的研究

A Study of Adaptability and Health State of Obese Boys and Girls from 12 to 15 Years Old

本研究使用康奈尔医学指数问卷对227名不同体型的青少年进行测定,以评价他们的适应能力和健康状况。结果表明,女肥胖青少年在呼吸系统、心血管系统、皮肤、神经系统和既往病史方面出现的问题较多,而不同体型的男青少年没有明显的差别。男女肥胖青少年未发现明显的精神症状异常。本文对康奈尔医学指数作为适应能力和健康状况指标参与体质评价的可能性也做了讨论。

The method of Cornell Medical Index (CMI) questionnaire was used in our study to measure 227 boys and girls of different body types so as to assess their adaptability and health state.The results showed that obese girls had more problems in respiratory system,cardio-vascular system,skin,nervous system and disease history,while there was little difference among boys of different body types.No significant mental disorder symptoms were found among the obese boys and girls.The possibility of using CMI indicator as adaptability and health state indexes to assess physical fitness was also discussed in this paper.
