摘要
通过对我国１００名优秀举重运动员成长过程的调查研究，总结出我国优秀举重运动员成绩增长的规律，为我国举重运动员的选材和训练提供理论依据。
Abstract:Through investigation and study on 100 eliteweightlifters in China, the article summarizes the raisinglaw of their performances, which provides a theoreticalbasis for selecting and training weightlifters.
