摘要 本文根据体育教学的特定客观环境和教学需求,实践探索在体育教学过程中按照心理学理论,善于运用无意注意的规律,通过精心的准备活动,规范的讲解与示范以及丰富多样化的教学内容和方法,以吸引和集中学生注意力;激发、调动起学生的兴趣和积极性。从而促使两种注意(无意注意和有意注意)的互相转换,达到提高体育教学效果的目的. This essay. according to the specific natural background and teaching requirements of physical eductios teaching. aims at exploring practically the skillful utilization of the law of Unconsious Attention in the process of physical education teaching based on psychological theories: and through elaboratly-arranged pre-activities, standard explanations and demonstrations, rich and varied teaching contents and methods. to arouse the students' interest and enthusiasm. It also bringS about the exchange between 'two attentions' (Unconscious Attention and Conscious Attention)so as to attain the aim of improving the teaching effects of physical education.
