EXPLORATION OF EARLY SPECIALIZATION TRAINING OF JUVENILE TABLE TENNIS PLAYERS

通过分析乒乓球运动员早期专业化训练的不利因素，提出了适宜从事专业化训练的年龄和起始年限，同时对训练体制、竞赛制度、教练员进修等提出了改革建议。

Through analysing unfavourable factors of early specialization training in table tennis,the author puts forward suitable age and start year of specialization training as well as reforming suggestion of training system,competition system and advanced studies for coaches.
