摘要
对体育比赛借助运筹学的决策论决策方式给以数学描述，以增强体育竞赛决策的科学化认识，提出科学的体育竞赛决策方法。
The author describes sports competition with policy decision of operations research,so as to strengthen scientific knowledge of policy decision in sports competition and puts forward decision-making method in sports competition.
