摘要
围绕市场经济对人才素质的新要求,本文力图从提高认识水平、建立合理的知识体系、完善必要的能力结构等方面进行论述,以促进工科院校人才培养迅速适应形势的需要。
The paper centres on the new requirements of market economy to the qualities of talented persons, and deals with, the improvement of their levels of understanding, establishment of reasonable knowledge system, perfection of necessary ability structure so as to speed up the cultivation of talented persons in engineering universities and colleges to meet the needs of new situation.
