Modern Hotels boast different kinds of facilities.They constitute a basic condition for the hotel's managerial activities and meanwhile consume quite a lot of energy. If we observe strict management in the consumption of energy, we will achieve, to a certain degree, big profits even we do not increase the funds and manpower. Accordingly, it is most essential for state-owned enterprises to study the problems of energy and take positive measures to reduce the consumption of energy. The author, in his article, initiates discussion on how to control and reduce the cost of energy in hotels.
