Abstract The article holds that Huangshan' s tourism agriculture can be developed in the following three ways:1. Priority should be given to forestry. including the completion of five forest parks covering an area of 450,000mu, such as Huangshan Scenic Spot. Qi Yun Mountain and Taiping Lake, before the end of this century.2. Adjusting the macro-layout of the production of tea. mulberry and fruits and carrying out various kinds of activities. Developing eight bases of famous tea including Huangshan Maofeng. Qimen red tea and Dingkuo Dafang etc., as well as bases of 10. 000mu for yellow peaches and 10, 000mu for chestnuts. Tourists can taste well-known fruits, tea and dainties of every kind while enjoying the scenery of the orchards.3. Realizing the joint management of mountains, waters, fields and roads and achieving the 'ladder-shaped'development of Xinan River so that it can produce the multi-economic benefits of storing water, navigation.breeding, fishing and tourism.
