摘要
通过分析腹腔镜胆管损伤的生理、解剖、病理和技术因素,论述腹腔镜胆管损伤的诊断、预防和治疗的方法。认为在充分认识胆管损伤原因、胆管正常解剖和胆道解剖变异、规范腹腔镜手术技术基础上,加强术前和术后管理,腹腔镜胆管损伤是可以预防和治疗的。
The paper is going to discuss the diagnosis,prevention and treatment methods for laparoscopic bile duct injury through the analysis of physiological,anatomical,pathological and technical factors of laparoscopic bile duct injury. It is believed that laparoscopic bile duct injury can be prevented and treated by strengthening preoperative and postoperative management,on the base of full understanding the causes of bile duct injury,the normal anatomy and anatomy variation of the biliary tree,and specification of laparoscopic operation technology.
