摘要
目的探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎不同临床分期的诊治方法。方法选择2006年9月-2013年6月诊治的92例浆细胞性乳腺炎,不同临床分期的浆细胞性乳腺炎采用药物、手术引流、手术切除等不同的治疗方法。结果各个分期的浆细胞性乳腺炎经过差异性的分期治疗后均痊愈。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎诊治应根据不同的临床分期制定出不同的诊疗方案,对于提高浆细胞性乳腺炎的治愈率,减少复发率,至关重要。
Objective This study is to investigate the treatment method in different clinical stages of plasma cell mastitis(PCM).Methods A total of 92 cases with PCM from September 2006 to June 2013 were investigated in this study,to different clinical stages of plasma cell mastitis different methods of treatment including drugs were applied.Surgical drainage or surgical removal was used.Results Different clinical stages of PCM recovered after treatment. Conclusion Methods of treatment of plasma cell mastitis should be according to the different clinical stages of diagnosis to develop different therapeutic regimen,which is crucial to increase cure rate of plasma cell mastitis and reduce the recurrence rate.
