摘要
目的观察两种手术方式治疗三度直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法回顾分析两种手术方式治疗30例三度直肠脱垂患者的临床资料。结果治疗组(消痔灵+50%葡萄糖局部注射+肛门环缩术)在治愈率和复发率方面与对照组(黏膜排列结扎+消痔灵局部注射+肛门环缩术)无差异,但在手术时间、术中出血量、术后大出血率方面明显优于对照组。结论治疗组方法保证疗效且操作简便,术后不会出现大出血,安全性更高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of two kinds of surgical treatment on degree Ⅲ rectal prolapse. Methods The clinical data of patients with third-degree rectal prolapse by two kinds of surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results No significant difference in cure rate and relapse rate was observed between surgical treatment group and control group; But operative time,blood loss,postoperative bleeding probability in surgical treatment group were significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion The method used in the treatment group is better in effects,simpler,more convenient and secure,worthy of promotion.
