摘要 近年来,随着对支气管哮喘的病因和发病机制的研究,其诊断和治疗方案取得了很大的进展,表现为新的诊断和治疗技术和理念的出现,诊断方面主要有呼出气NO检测、呼出气冷凝液成分分析、气道重构影像学评价、表型分析等;治疗进展有支气管热成型疗法、炎性介质拮抗剂的应用、舌下特异性免疫治疗,以及维生素D、抗真菌治疗和质子泵抑制剂的应用等.这些诊疗的新进展为哮喘的防治提供了更多选择.
