结核病患者GSTM1、GSTT1基因多态性与抗结核药致肝损害的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 肺结核是由Mtb感染引起的慢性传染病,是严重危害人民健康的传染病之一.公元1882年德国微生物学家Robert Koch首先发现Mtb,至今已一个多世纪.结核病在某些发达国家已得到基本控制,但在第三世界国家,它仍是一个常见病、多发病.排菌患者是主要的传染源,人体感染Mtb后不一定发病,仅抵抗力低下时才会发病[1].临床特点为潜伏期长,多呈慢性过程;经过及时的诊断及合理的治疗,大多可痊愈[2].结核病至今仍在全球范围内流行,全球有1/3的人口(约20亿)被Mtb感染过;结核病患者约2000万例,每年新增结核病患者800万~1000万例,死亡约300万例[2].
