The diagnosis and treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia

摘要 社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是一种常见的严重感染,是感染性疾病的主要死亡因素,为西方国家的第六大死亡因素.因此,CAP是感染入住重症加强护理病房(ICU)的主要原因之一.最新研究报道,高达10%的CAP住院患者需入住ICU治疗.其中重症肺炎作为CAP的特殊亚组,在重症监护改善情况下,死亡率仍偏高.且具有高花费、高致残率等特点.对于重症肺炎早期的严重情况判断及治疗是重要的,即时及恰当的抗生素治疗是必需的,除标准的呼吸支持通气技术外,一些新的非常规技术也可能会有效果.
