急诊内科泌尿道结石治疗体会

Treatment experience of vrinary stone in emergency internal

泌尿道结石是最常见的泌尿外科疾病之一。常常由于一些晶体物质或某些基质在尿道异常堆积形成。由于患者多不愿意接受手术治疗而现在的临床药物疗效又不是很理想,因此对泌尿道结石的临床药物治疗还是一个难题。我们结合近几年治疗经验,开创了一套综合应用山莨菪碱、硝酸甘油、25%硫酸镁、20%甘露醇联合进行治疗,疗效很令人满意。现就对两年来我们治疗的73例泌尿道结石病例的体会总结如下。

Urinary tract stones is one of the the most common urological disease. People get this disease due to the unusual accumulation of some crystal material or some matrix. Because most of the patients are not willing to accept the surgical treatment and the curative effect of clinical drug is not very ideal, the clinical drug treatment for urinary tract stones is still a problem to be solved. Based on experience in recent years, we created a way with the application of Anisodamine, Nitroglycerin, 25% Magnesium sulfate and 20% Mannitol. As a result, the curative effect is satisfactory. Following is our experience we summed up form the 83 cases of urinary tract stones we treat in two years.
