血清孕酮、β-HCG联合检测在早期先兆流产治疗中的价值

Serum progesterone、β-HCG-cornbined detection value in the treatrnent of early threatened abortion

目的研究并分析血清孕酮、β-HCG联合检测在早期先兆流产治疗中的重要价值。方法本组研究选取该院2009年1月—2012年1月期间入院进行治疗的先兆性流产患者为研究对象,对所有的研究对象进行随机分组处理,使观察组和对照组成为本研究的两个组别,观察组50例先兆性流产患者,其运用的临床检验方法为血清孕酮、β-HCG联合检测;对照组50例先兆性流产患者,其运用的临床检验方法为单纯运用血清孕酮,将两组患者的检验有效率进行分析与对比。结果血清孕酮和β—HCG组患者的临床检验有效率明显优于血清孕酮组患者,其无论在临床检验的敏感性,还是在阴性预测值以及正确诊断率等方面均优于单独运用血清孕酮进行监测的患者,二者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用血清孕酮和β—HCG联合检测的检测方法可以有效的检测出临床中的先兆性流产患者,其对临床中对指导先兆性流产患者的用药具有十分积极的意义,值得推广。

Objective To study and analysis of serum progesterone, β-HCG joint detection of significant value in the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods The study group select our hospital in January 2009 -2012 in January threatened abortion patients admitted to hospital for treatment as the research object, All study subjects were randomized to the observation group and control-oriented research two groups, the observation group, 50 cases of threatened abortion patients, its clinical use testing methods for serum progesterone, β-HCG joint detection; threatened abortion patients in the control group of 50 patients, clinical examination methods applied to the use of simple serum progesterone, the two groups of patients testing efficiency analysis and comparison. Results the clinical examination of the patient’s serum progesterone and β-HCG group efficiency significantly better than patients with serum progesterone group, in terms of the sensitivity of the clinical examination, or in the negative predictive value, and diagnostic accuracy is superior to use of the serum progesterone monitoring patients with significant (P <0.05) differences between the two. Conclusion? The use of serum progesterone and β-HCG joint detection detection method can effectively detect clinically in patients with threatened abortion, has a very positive sense of clinical medication guide patients with threatened abortion, worthy of promotion.
