摘要
介绍了一种基于CCD图像的圆度误差测量系统,给出了利用数字图像处理技术进行图像采集、预处理、二值化、边缘检测、轮廓提取等,进而对圆度误差进行评定,分析了误差产生的原因。试验证明,用该方法提供圆度误差的评定是可行的,并具有先进性和实用性。
A new non-contact measurement system of the roundness errors based on CCD image is presented. The non-contact measurement principle making use of image measurement technology is introduced. The main measurement approaches include the image preprocessing, image binarization, edge detection, system calibration and calculation of size, etc. The components of the system, the key technology and the actual measuring experiment are explained. The reason of the error margin creation is analyzed. The results of the practical measurement show that this method is correct and feasible.
