摘要
本文利用上海、成都、义乌三地的1318个样本数据分析了新生代农民工工作-家庭关系及其对离职倾向的影响。研究结果表明,新生代农民工工作-家庭关系由工作对家庭的冲突、家庭对工作的冲突、工作对家庭的促进和家庭对工作的促进四个概念组成。新生代农民工感受到的家庭对工作的促进相对最大,而感受到的工作对家庭的促进作用最小。工作对家庭的促进和家庭对工作的促进与离职倾向之间没有直接关系,而工作-家庭冲突以及家庭-工作冲突对新生代农民工离职倾向都有正向影响,即新生代农民工所面临的工作-家庭冲突和家庭-工作冲突越大,离职倾向就越强烈。
This article analyses the work and family relationship of the new generation of migrant workers and its influence on their turnover intention based on 1318 sample data collected from Shanghai , Chengdu and Yiwu .The work and family relationship of the new generation of migrant workers consists of four parts , namely, work-to-family conflict, family-to-work conflict, work-to-family facilitation and family-to-work facilitation .The result shows the new generation of migrant workers feel that family facilitates comparatively more for work , however , work facilitates less for family.It turns out to be that the facilitation between work and family has no direct relationship to turnover intention; instead , work-to-family conflict and family-to-work conflict have direct impacts on their turnover intention . In a word, the more work-to-family conflicts and family-to-work conflicts the new generation of migrant workers encounter , the more eager they will be to dismiss .
