农村宅基地使用权流转问题研究——基于宁夏南部某村的调查

我国法律、法规及规范性文件、政策等均严格限制了农村宅基地使用权的流转,但是根据查阅到的资料和我国当前各地的实际情况显示,农村宅基地使用权的流转现象越来越普遍,而且各地对宅基地的管理比较混乱,相关制度以及法律程序操作不够明确和规范。面对这些情况,通过分析我国法律的规定以及宅基地使用权流转的利弊,总结出我国宅基地流转的趋势和选择,最后提出完善农村宅基地流转法律制度的建议。

But according to information I access and ce-ment actual situation, that the phenomenon of rural cartilage ser-vitude exchanging is popular , and it is confused in regulation in various places .The system and law program operation are unde-fined and not standardized .Face these situations ,I will analysis the law's rule and advantages and disadvantages in cartilage servi-tude exchanging, summarize the rural cartilage exchanging trend and choose , Last I will put forward the perfect suggestion about country's cartilage.
