冷轧类拉延模具的设计与应用

按照冷冲压拉延模具的冲压工艺过程,利用CAD/CAM对冷冲压拉延模具进行拉延成形模拟分析,这样既压缩了拉延模具的设计周期,又缩短模具的制造周期。本文主要以左右后门外板腰线加强板为例,介绍了冷冲压拉延模具的设计及利用有限元分析软件Autoform对冷冲压拉延模具的成形过程分析,使冲压工艺设计能够满足拉延成形的要求。

This paper analysis stamping forming simulation of cold stamping die with CAD/CAM/CAE in accordance with the stamping process of cold drawing dies. The design cycle and manufacturing cycle of drawing dies are both shortened by this way. This paper also presents the design of cold stamping diesandtheanalysis of forming process of cold stamping dies using finite element analysissoftware Autoform with left and right rear door outer plate waist strengthening plate as an example which could meet the drawing requirements to the stamping process design.
