护理干预在预防老年肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的作用

Nursing intervention in elderly patients with lung cancer prevention of postoperative pulmonary complications

目的探讨护理干预在预防老年肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的作用。方法收集我院治手术治疗的老年肺癌患者100例,对照组进行一般的常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预。结果对照组发生并发症11例,住院时间(16.8±2.5)d,干预组未发生肺部并发症,住院时间为(12.6±1.5)d,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以减少老年肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的发生,减少住院时间,提高临床疗效。

Objectives to study the nursing intervention in elderly patients with lung cancer prevention of postoperative pulmonary complications. Methods to collect the hospital treated 100 cases of surgical treatment of elderly patients with lung cancer, the control of general routine nursing care, intervention group in the control group on the basis of nursing intervention. Results 11 cases in the control of complications, length of hospital stay(16.8 + 2.5) d, intervention group, there was no pulmonary complications, length of hospital stay(12.6 + 1.5) d, comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusions nursing intervention can reduce the elderly postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer, reduce the length of hospital stay, improve the clinical curative effect.
