摘要
目的建立同时测定饮用水中4中无机阴离子含量的测定方法。方法样品经0.2μm滤膜TM过滤后直接进样,同时测定饮用水中氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐氮和硫酸盐。IonPac AS19型阴离子交换色谱柱(4mm×250mm)和IonPac AG19保护柱;20mmol/LKOH淋洗液;1.0mL/min流速;抑制型电导检测器。结果方法相关性好(r>0.999),精密度高(RSD<3.0%),样品加标回收率为---2-94.0%~103.0%;检出限分别为F:0.02mg/L;Cl:0.02mg/L;NO-:0.04mg/L;SO:0.04mg/L。结论该方法操作简单,准确度高,线性范围广,可以满足大批量饮用水水样的分析要求。
Objectives To establish a method with ion chromatography to simultaneously determine four anions in dringking water. Methods The sample were filtered through a 0.2μm millipore filter and injected directly.The four anions in samples were separated by an Ionpac AS19 analytical column(4mm×250mm) with Ionpac AG19 guard column and 20mmol/L KOH as eluent.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Anions were detected by suppressed electric conductivity detector. Results This method exhibited execellent correlation(r>0.9992) and good analytic precision--(RSD<3.0%).The recovery rates were in the range of 94.0%~103.0%.The detection limit were F :0.02mg/L;Cl- 2-:0.02mg/L;NO-N:0.04mg/L;SO :0.04mg/L. Conclusions This method was convenient,accurate with wide linear 3 4 range and it can be applied for inspection of large numbers of water samples.
