摘要
高校科研团队是高校科研工作的主要力量,通过对浙江省部分高校科研团队带头人及其成员的问卷调查研究,运用团队绩效相关理论进行研究,提出了团队环境、团队结构、团队成员、知识整合与高校科研团队创新绩效关系的假设模型。结果表明:团队环境不直接影响团队创新绩效,而是通过知识整合的完全中介作用对科研团队的创新绩效产生影响。团队结构及团队成员不仅直接作用于团队创新绩效,还能通过知识整合的中介作用,对团队创新绩效产生间接地作用。
University research teams are the main force of scientific research in colleges and universities. On the basis of relative literature of team performance,this paper brings forward a hypothetical model on relationships among team environment,team structure,team members,knowledge integration and innovation performance,and then tests the model by means of questionnaire survey conducted in some universities in Zhejiang Province. The results show that team environment does not directly affect innovation performance,but in an indirect way,affects the innovation performance through knowledge integration. Both team structure and team members not only directly affect innovation performance,but also have an indirect impact on innovation performance through the intermediary role of knowledge integration.
