摘要
葡萄膜富含色素和血管,有营养眼球的作用,且血流缓慢,许多全身病可通过血流影响葡萄膜而使其致病。有时葡萄膜色素既是抗原又是靶细胞,因此葡萄膜炎是常见的严重眼病,种类繁多,病因相当复杂,治疗不当可导致患者失明,在致盲眼病中占有重要地位,致盲率为1.1%~9.2%,已引起世界范围内的重视。由于目前该类疾病发病及复发机制尚不完全清楚,故其预防无从着手,治疗效果也很不理想。因此寻求合理而有效的治疗药物,已成为眼科领域里一个亟待解决的问题。本文就葡萄膜炎的病因和治疗进展进行综述。
Uvea is rich in pigment and vessel with slow blood flow.It nourishes the eye ball, but many systemic diseases could influence uvea via blood flow as well.At the same time, uveal pigment could be both antigen and target cell at some point,so uveitis is common,serious,complex and will cause blindness without proper treatment.The rate of blindness induced by uveitis is as high as 1.1%-9.2% which has attracted worldwide attention.Since the pathogenesis and the recurrence mechanism has not been completely understood, neither good preventive method nor ideal treatment has been found and it has become an urgent problem in ophthalmology.The progress in etiology and treatment of uveitis will be reviewed in this paper.
