摘要
患者男性,40岁,主因双眼视力下降2个月,于2012年12月5日就诊于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院眼科。眼部检查:双眼视力均0.6。双眼角膜透明,前房清晰,中等深度,晶状体透明。右眼玻璃体透明,左眼玻璃体可见少许团条状混浊。眼底检查:双眼视盘边界稍模糊,色泽淡红。双眼视网膜后极部可见多发散在鳞状圆形或不规则形,大小不等的陈旧病变,位于血管下方,病变处大量色素沉着。
